I had weight loss surgery and struggled to get my protein and water intake! This flavoring helps me soooo much!!! 22 grams of protein and I usually add it to 24 oz of water! Don’t even get me on the FLAVOR!!! It is sooo good! You don’t get that protein aftertaste and that makes it so easy to drink! Awesome product and will be including it in my diet from here on out!!!

It's a little difficult to get shook up completely but lemme tell ya, this stuff is delicious! Put it in the freezer and let it get a little icy and it's the most thirst quenching drink. Plus it's good for you. Win win. No more thick milky protein shakes for me.. this is great for the hot summer!!
