Protein Sorbet

Made with fresh fruit and SEEQ Clear Whey Protein, this sorbet is packed with protein and full of flavor. Plus, it's easy to make and doesn't require any special equipment. INGREDIENTS:
  • Fresh fruit of your choice
  • Lemon juice
  • 1-2 scoops SEEQ Clear Whey Protein
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Wash and prepare your fruit by removing any pits, stems, or seeds.
  2. Add your fruit and a splash of lemon juice to your blender and pulse for the first 30 seconds or until the fruit is crushed.
  3. Blend on high until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  4. Add in 1-2 scoops of SEEQ Protein and pulse until the powder is mixed in.
  5. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container or pan and freeze for 2-3 hours.
  6. When you are ready to serve, allow the sorbet to sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes to soften.
  7. Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones and enjoy!
TIPS & TRICKS:
  • The most wonderful part about this recipe is just how versatile it is. There is no definitive fruit that you have to use with it (that would be boring anyways). So change your sorbet recipe to fit whatever mood you are in! Versatility is the best part of this sorbet recipe. So get creative and have fun with it.
