• Add 1 scoop to 14-16 oz of water (if it's too sweet, add some extra water and some lime or lemon juice)

I (like most people) struggle to get enough protein in my daily nutrition, especially because I do not eat a ton of meat products. While this product may not be completely "clear," it is much lighter than if you were using a milk product to mix with. I am not a fan of the "traditional" protein powders, but I am pleasantly surprised with how this tastes. There is a slight chalkiness, but I have gotten so used to it that I don't even notice it anymore. I just ordered my third jug of the blue razz freeze - it's my favorite flavor!
