• Add 1 scoop to 14-16 oz of water (if it's too sweet, add some extra water and some lime or lemon juice)
• Shake with a blender bottle or use a frother to mix. Never stir the protein powder.

I’m sure others will love flavor but wasn’t for me
Not bad at all, I just wasn’t a big koolaid drinker and this taste exactly like fruit punch koolaid. Love the blue razz and strawberry lemonade!

Fruit Punch is Fruity Delicious!
I love the fruit punch flavor. It is not too sweet and has a wonderful, subtle fruit punch flavor. If it is too strong, I suggest you add less powder for a lighter drink. I think it is THE perfect flavor this upcoming summer! It tastes great over ice while floating in the pool and the ocean. I am buying the blue raspberry next!

I truly love Seeq clear protein. I have compared it to other clear proteins and this one tastes the best and has just a little more protein and less calories than the others. Easily mixes with my powdered collagen and powdered fiber and if I ever want to change the flavor a little I just add 1 pack of my sugar free dole lemonade powder. I’ve tried the rest and will keep coming back for the best!

I love both Fruit Punch and the mango/pineapple. Even though my first order was messed up the company quickly corrected it so I’m very pleased.
