Tropical, sweet, and just the right amount of tangy, this clear protein will have you holding it close to your ear, listening for those beachy waves crashing.
• Add 1 scoop to 14-16 oz of water (if it's too sweet, add some extra water and some lime or lemon juice)
• Shake with a blender bottle or use a frother to mix. Never stir the protein powder.
• Leave for 30-60 seconds to settle, add ice, and enjoy!

Discussed and Recommended by my NP Along with a high protein diet for weight loss Product dissolves fairly well - I also use a frother It has a good flavor but a bit to sweet for my liking with only 16 oz water but additional water resolves my issue Also it tends to leave a chalkie feeling in your mouth like you want to rinse your mouth - have a breath mint or brush your teeth Will continue to use - will try other flavors Will eval effectiveness of product in relation to my weight management……. If it works -Fabulous!!! If not I’ll discounted use Not sure why the container needs to be so oversized but it’s like half full when initially opened 🤷🏽♀️ The recommended scoop allows 25 servings per container 🙄 reallie!?! A full month would have been much more customer friendly in my opinion especially at its cost level But despite the little Down sides to the product I bumped it to a 4 for good flavor - In all fairness I’ve only tried one other protein it was a bar and it was aweful! lol Good Luck n Enjoy your experience…
