I love the shaker overall but one small issue is the rubber insert falls out often and causes leaks. Overall it’s great and happy for no plastic.

Protein as juice I was like hmm not sure but I got it and after the first sip I’m hooked! Low calorie high protein and tastes amazing. This cup is a game changer I didn’t think I would buy it but I don’t have a shaker that would stay cold like this one does. I’ll be getting black one next.
