It does the job but won’t stop. It works properly but the only way for me to turn it on or off is if the battery’s are in and out. When the battery’s are all the way in it, it starts automatically and won’t stop until I pull the battery’s out. The on/off button does not work.

Won't Turn Off
I just received my frother from my recent order. It turned on OK, but I couldn't turn it off despite multiple attempts with the power button. I had to remove the batteries to stop it.

My frother was broken. The button could turn it on and that worked great! But I couldn’t turn it off with the button despite hearing it click. I had to literally pop the batteries out in order for it to stop.

Frother Tool
This tool is very easy to use and froths up the powder into the water mixes very easily. You just have to be careful because it froths over the top and doesn't reach the bottom of the thermos. But it stirs up the powder easily.

This thing is extremely weak. I could use it for 5 minutes straight and my shake would still have clumps in it. I wish it had an on and off switch vs having i hold the button down. I also don't think the frother is long enough.

Will not turn off
So I just received my hand held blender. I put the batteries in and it automatically turned on. Well when I push the button to turn it off it wouldn’t turn off. I have to take the batteries out in order for it to turn off. Has anyone else had this problem? Am I doing something wrong?

Best Frother out there!
I have had many frothers for protein drinks and this is by far the best one. The powder got all mixed in and the texture of the drink wasn't grainy like some powders can be! We are very happy with this product.
