• Add 1 scoop to 14-16 oz of water (if it's too sweet, add some extra water and some lime or lemon juice)
• Shake with a blender bottle or use a frother to mix. Never stir the protein powder.

Full disclosure, I ordered watermelon by mistake. I thought I was ordering fruit punch. What a pleasant surprise. It is really delicious! It’s like a sweet version of a watermelon. Hard candy. I actually add a squeeze of fresh lime juice to cut the sweet just a little bit. It’s delicious. My 13-year-old absolutely loves it as is!!
