Protein Jello

Cook Time: 4 hours

Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop of SEEQ Blue Razz Freeze Protein (or your favorite flavor)
  • 8 oz of cold water
  • 8 oz of boiling water
  • 2 envelopes of gelatin (1/2 oz) or 1 package of any flavored jello mix

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine cold water and 1 scoop of your favorite SEEQ Clear Whey Protein flavor in a shaker and shake thoroughly.
  2. Pour 8 oz of boiling water into a heat-proof dish or large heat-proof measuring cup (if you're making individual Jello servings).
  3. Add the gelatin to the boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  4. Strain your SEEQ protein into the gelatin mixture and stir gently.
  5. Place dish into the fridge or, if making individual servings, slowly pour the mixture into glasses.
  6. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set

 

TIPS & TRICKS:

  • If you are looking to up your protein intake even more and go from 22 grams of protein to 39 grams of protein — use beef gelatin in place of regular gelatin. Not only are you going to be benefiting from the extra protein but beef gelatin is also packed with collagen!
  • To make your jello a little more spunky and fun, don’t be afraid of using jello molds. Search Amazon or even your nearest store to find some fun molds that awaken your inner kid just like when you opened up your lunchbox. 
  • To get in your daily fruit servings, try adding some cut up fruit into your jello molds for delightful added flavor and nutrition.
