It’s a nice shaker bottle, just like your typical bottle. I do like that it’s a big one to fill completely with water and add the protein. Evens out the sweetness.

I was a little skeptical about the flavoring and the taste and I am amazed so good it's not chalky it's not thick like the shakes that you mix I mix mine with ice afterwards and it's so yummy It don't have sugar in it but it sure tastes like it does
